This policy explains how Emily Sansom Fitness LLC handles information submitted through Legacy Athlete Institute program inquiry and interest-list forms.

We collect the name, email address, optional phone number, and program-interest information you choose to provide. These forms are intended for adult athletes, parents, and guardians. Please do not submit medical information or other sensitive details through an interest form.

How information is used

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, provide program details, send enrollment announcements, and follow up about your interest in LAI. Joining an interest list does not reserve a spot or create a payment obligation.

Services that handle information

When you submit a Facebook or Instagram form, Meta processes your information under its own privacy policy and makes your responses available to Emily Sansom Fitness. We may use email and business service providers to store responses and communicate with you. We will update this policy as our process changes.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand website visits, traffic sources, device types, and interactions such as clicks on the LAI enrollment request link. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technology. An enrollment-link click does not mean a form was submitted. We do not send form responses, athlete names, email addresses, or medical information to Google Analytics. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in our website tag.

Retention and protection

Children’s information

Parents and guardians should submit inquiries for minor athletes using their own contact information. Athlete enrollment information will be requested separately.
